The journey to health and fitness looks different for every woman, especially as our bodies change through our 40s, perimenopause, and menopause. Everyone has a path to take and a story to share, and my job is to help you adapt your journey to your unique needs.
Success is about being consistent, not perfect, and not about arriving at some final destination. Every step forward matters, and every success along the way is worth celebrating.
Exercise should never feel like punishment. It may be challenging, but the true goal is better health, renewed energy, and deeper self-respect.
Challenging yourself to do what you didn’t think possible can and should be fun—and it’s the key to building momentum that lasts for decades to come.

During our consultation we will discuss your specific goals, background and needs so that we can select the coaching or training package that is right for you.
Each package is personalized to your needs and goals. When you choose to work with me, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals. Given the time it takes for our bodies to adapt to training, and to get the most out of your decision to invest in in your health in this way, I ask clients to commit to at least a 12 week program.
Packages and pricing vary depending on the type of coaching, length of commitment, and number of hours per week of training and coaching time.
