  1. The journey to health and fitness looks different for different people, but everyone has a journey to take and a story to share. My job is to help you on your path.

  2. Success is about being consistent in your journey, not perfection or arriving at a final destination. Be sure to celebrate your success along the way.

  3. Exercise is not about punishing your body. Yes, it can be difficult and challenging, but the ultimate goal is better health and love for yourself.

  4. Challenging yourself to accomplish things you didn’t think you could do can and should be fun!

During our consultation we will discuss your specific goals, background and needs so that we can select the coaching or training package that is right for you.

Each package is personalized to your needs and goals. When you choose to work with me, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals. Given the time it takes for our bodies to adapt to training, and to get the most out of your decision to invest in in your health in this way, I ask clients to commit to at least a 12 week program.

Packages and pricing vary depending on the type of coaching, length of commitment, and number of hours per week of training and coaching time.
