How it Works

Getting started is simple, and we’ll take it step by step.

  • We begin with a 90-minute session to talk about your goals, review your movement patterns, and identify where to focus first.

  • I’ll design a strength program tailored to your body, your goals, and your schedule - delivered through my easy-to-use training app.

  • We train 1:1, in-person or virtually, with safe, progressive exercises designed for women 40+. You’ll learn exactly how to perform each move and why it matters - so you can feel confident in and out of the gym.

  • Between sessions, you’ll track your workouts, progress, and habits in the app. Optional at-home or gym workouts are included if you want to train on your own too.

    $100 - 90 Minutes

    Your first session is a full assessment to:

    Understand your history and lifestyle to help set realistic goals.

    Review your movement patterns and address any injuries or limitations.

    Create the safest, most effective starting point for your program.

  • Training Packages (after your assessment)

    Choose the package that fits your goals, schedule, and budget:

    4 Sessions - $380 (~$95/session)

    8 Sessions - $700 (~$87.50/session)

    12 Sessions - $1020 (~$85/session)

    This program is designed to get you results, which means training consistently. Each package has a set time limit to help you stay on track and see progress.

  • Custom Programming & App Access

    $30/month - billed separately

    Track your workouts, watch exercise demos, follow your personalized plan, communicate with me, and stay consistent with optional between-session workouts.

    You can continue your subscription after your training packages end to keep access to your workouts, plan and progress history.

This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you haven’t exercised in years or you’ve been active but want more structure. We’ll start at your pace, focus on safe, smart movements, and build your strength step by step so you feel confident and capable from day one. You don’t need to be “ready”—you just need to be willing to start.

  • Life will always be busy—and the longer you wait, the harder it becomes to get (and stay) in shape. That’s why this program builds in accountability from day one. I’ll help you develop the mindset to make your health a priority, even with a packed schedule, and create a plan you actually look forward to doing. We’ll set a realistic schedule—whether that’s 1–3 sessions per week—and I’ll be there to keep you on track. With the flexibility of in-person or virtual training, plus the app for short, effective workouts you can do anywhere, you’ll be able to make progress no matter what’s on your calendar.

My clients range from complete beginners to lifelong exercisers, and all of them have seen real, measurable improvements in their strength, mobility, and energy—regardless of age, fitness level, or past injuries.   • This program is designed to get you results, which means training consistently. Each package is planned around one session per week—with two to three sessions per week recommended for even better results—and includes extra time to allow for holidays, travel, or life’s busy moments:

    • 4 sessions – valid for 6 weeks

    • 8 sessions – valid for 10 weeks

    • 12 sessions – valid for 16 weeks

Hi! I’m Katie, a fitness and healthy habits coach for women who want to age well. I know from personal experience what it is like to try to balance work, family, life, healthy habits and exercise, and how that all changes as we get older.

I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and women’s coaching specialist who is personally experiencing many changes in my mid-forties and has worked to sift through the information overload to find what works for me now. These experiences have made me ever more passionate to help other women find the time to prioritize their own strength, health and wellness in the midst of changing bodies and every day responsibilities.

This is why I created the 14-Day Healthy Habits Challenge. I want to help take the guesswork out of getting started with healthy habits that build the foundation for a stronger and healthier you through this phase of life and beyond.
