Unlike traditional personal training packages, Strong For Life gives you the flexibility to use your sessions in the way that best supports your goals and current season of life.

All coaching sessions can be conducted in person (location dependent) or virtually, giving you the flexibility to stay consistent no matter where life takes you.

Some weeks you may need a workout partner and coach by your side in the gym. Other times, you may benefit more from reviewing your progress, troubleshooting challenges, or creating a plan for the next phase of your journey.

Your coaching evolves with you, so you always have the support you need to keep moving forward.

Not ready for ongoing coaching sessions?

Clients who have chosen the “Independent” option can also purchase individual coaching sessions at the current single-session rate for additional support, form checks, goal reviews, or program guidance whenever needed.

  • Yes. Every Strong For Life coaching membership begins with a Strength & Movement Assessment and goal-setting session. This allows us to establish your starting point, identify any areas that need special attention, and create a personalized plan that fits your goals, experience, lifestyle, and this season of life. It's one of the most important steps in building a program that works for you—not just a generic plan pulled off the shelf.

  • That's completely normal. During your consultation and initial assessment, we'll discuss your goals, experience, schedule, and preferences to determine the level of support that will help you be most successful. You don't need to have it all figured out before we start.

  • Absolutely. Life changes, schedules shift, and the amount of support you need may evolve over time. Whether you're looking for more accountability and coaching or you're ready to become more independent, we can adjust your membership level to ensure you continue receiving the right support at the right time.

  • Yes. The app is an important part of the Strong For Life coaching experience. It's where I deliver your workouts, track your progress, and communicate updates to your program. While some clients use it more than others, it helps ensure we're both working from the same plan and makes it easier to celebrate your progress along the way.

  • Life doesn't stop when you're working toward your goals—and neither should your training. When appropriate, sessions can be conducted virtually, and your program can be adjusted to fit your travel schedule, available equipment, and current priorities so you can stay consistent wherever you are.

  • If I'm traveling, sessions may be conducted virtually or rescheduled based on availability. You'll always receive as much notice as possible, and we'll work together to find the option that best supports your progress and schedule.

  • Yes. I understand that vacations, work travel, family commitments, and life's unexpected events can occasionally get in the way. To provide some flexibility, one unused session may be carried forward into the following month.

    Strong For Life is designed around consistency and building momentum over time, so additional unused sessions expire rather than accumulating indefinitely. If you know you'll be away or have a significant schedule change coming up, we'll work together to create a plan that keeps you moving toward your goals.

  • I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited except in cases of illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. My goal is to be fair while also protecting the time reserved specifically for you.

Hi! I’m Katie, a fitness and healthy habits coach for women who want to age well. I know from personal experience what it is like to try to balance work, family, life, healthy habits and exercise, and how that all changes as we get older.

I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and women’s coaching specialist who is personally experiencing many changes in my mid-forties and has worked to sift through the information overload to find what works for me now. These experiences have made me ever more passionate to help other women find the time to prioritize their own strength, health and wellness in the midst of changing bodies and every day responsibilities.

This is why I created my programs. I want to help take the guesswork out of getting started with healthy habits that build the foundation for a stronger and healthier you through this phase of life and beyond.
